Jooyoung OH
Jooyoung Oh is a research-based artist whose work spans science and technology as well as how they impact environment, culture, and personal identity. Each piece of her work entails an in-depth investigation into a novel scientific discipline, resulting in innovative discoveries and creativity. She received numerous awards including IEEE BRAIN WINNER, Da Vinci Creative, ART+SCIENCE COLLIDE Grand Prize. Her work has been selected in ISEA, SIGGRAPH ASIA Art Gallery, Hyundai Motorstudio x New Museum Rhizome, Nam June Paik Art Center, Art Center Nabi, National Taiwan Museum of Art, etc. Her projects were sponsored by Hyundai motorstudio ZER01NE, NCSOFT. She participated SIGGRAPH SPARK talk serise, Game Kitchen Hong Kong, Seoul Museum of Art’s Artist’s Lunchbox, and was an invited jury at A.MAZE 2022.
